    Our Service Advisor, Lydia McDonald, was able to get our 2025 Acadia in the next day for its first service. As always Magic GMC (use to be Parkway GMC) was awesome to work with. We had our vehicle back to use by the end of the day, which was fantastic.

    The People were great. Truck was in and out in the same day. Never had an issue with my service representatives. My biggest issue and reason I won't return to Magic is that when I picked the truck up at the end of the day I didn't notice until halfway home that it looked like it may have been washed because the windshield had some smearing on it. When I parked it at home and started to look I noticed that it had indeed been washed even though it was insanely hard to tell that's how bad of a job was done. It looked like dirty rags were used to wipe it down. My C and D pillars are completely scratched and swirled beyond belief and the Driver and passenger side window tint is permanently scratched. I was never asked if the car should be washed as I am very anal about my cars and they completely didn't take any care of a truck I spent $90K on buying brand new from the dealer. It's beyond frustrating that you take a car to a dealer to get what you think should be the best service and you end up needing to go fix stuff that they clearly messed up. It's a two-year-old truck with less than 15K miles on it. Unbelievable.

    I brought the vehicle in for several issues and while most where addressed some where not. And the vehicle was there for 2weeks. When I finally got the car back the inside was covered in dust and someone drew a happy face on my infotainment screen because of how dusty it was. I had to take the car to the car washed before going home because of how dirty it was.

    Normally I dread walking into a dealership to buy a new vehicle. The sales pitch, the back and forth over a final price, the sales pitch to buy add on packages. This time was different. From the moment we stepped on the lot and meet Steve the sales representative, to having a ten minute chat with the owner while waiting for my vehicle to be detailed, the entire experience was a pleasure. Even negotiating a final price was simple. I gave them what I wanted to pay, they made a fair counter offer and that was it. We also own a Cadillac (my wife's car) and we agree that when it's time to replace that vehicle we would have no problem returning to Magic GMC.

    Worst experience I've had while servicing my GMC Canyon. Waited nearly 10 minutes in my truck just to get checked in. After finally getting my service estimate, my truck was parked just outside the waiting area for one hour before any employee touched it and drove it into the service bay. My overall wait time was over 2 hours just for an oil change that was over $120.

    Parts for my vehicle were not in stock, took too long to just inspect my vehicle and when I received my vehicle back after a week being there, they didn't even wash my car when they gave it back to me.
